- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 10+ years of experience with application development
- 7+ years of experience with SQL Server / T-SQL
- 7+ years of experience with maintaining legacy or enterprise systems
- 10+ years of experience with debugging
- 7+ years of experience with CA Plex or similar 4GL/model-driven environments
Preferred:
- Experience in South Carolina court/judicial systems or other government environments
- Generated languages (C++, Java, or .NET from Plex)
- Batch processing and transactional systems
- API integrations
- Data warehousing environments
- Case lifecycle (filed, pending, disposed)
- Court performance metrics (backlog, clearance rates)
