- Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience
- 5+ years’ of HCM ABAP experience using SAP in a professional environment.
- Knowledge of Kronos Dimensions Suite
- Knowledge of Kronos Workforce Ready Suite
- Understanding of SAP Portal technology.
- Functional knowledge on SAP HCM, Success Factors
- Knowledge of enterprise-level applications including ERP
- Mail Services in SAP through Standard API
- General understanding of accounting process.
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration
Specific Skills:
- SAP HCM (Time, Payroll, Benefits, OM, PA)
- SAP ABAP (Object-Oriented, Reports, Enhancements, BAPI, RFC)
- SuccessFactors integration
- Kronos integration
- SAP Portal, Fiori, Web Dynpro, Adobe Forms
- SAP Cloud Platform Integration / PI
- Workflow, Interfaces (SOAP/REST, IDOC)
- Testing tools (SCAT, eCATT)
- Production support & system enhancements.
