Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree and PMP Certification
- 6–12 years of IT Project Management experience
- 4+ years of experience with Power BI
- 3+ years of experience with Mainframe and distributed systems
- Strong SDLC experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Power BI, Word, Excel, Teams, Project Web App
- Experience working with mainframe and distributed systems
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Healthcare Claims processing
- Knowledge of Incident and Change Management
- Experience in Process Development & Process Documentation
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
Specific Skills:
- Project planning, scheduling, execution & reporting
- Creating project documentation, work plans, and roadmaps
- Power BI dashboard creation
- SDLC lifecycle management
- Change & Release Management coordination
- Risk identification and mitigation
- Stakeholder communication and status reporting
- Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel
- Strong self-motivation and adaptability
