Full Time • Hybrid - US
Business Analyst
Location: Occasional on-site work required
Preference for local (MD/DC area) candidates since background check + in-person meetings are required
Annapolis, MD & Baltimore, MD
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • 3 years’ experience in:
  • Process analysis & documentation,
  • SOP development, or
  • Business process re-engineering.
  • Proven ability to work independently within a government or structured environment. 
Preferred Skills                                        
  • 3 years + experience as a Project Manager or in leading complex task execution.
  • Familiarity with public-sector process improvement projects.
  • Experience coordinating multi-division initiatives. 
Specific Skills:
  • Process-mapping and documentation (Visio / Excel / SharePoint).
  • Gap analysis & internal control remediation.
  • Tool and workflow enhancement using:
  • Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, ServiceNow, KAPS, Revenue Premier.
  • Business process re-engineering and efficiency improvement.
  • Quality assurance testing for process changes or application migrations.
  • Strong written communication for SOPs & close-out reports.
