Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- 3 years’ experience in:
- Process analysis & documentation,
- SOP development, or
- Business process re-engineering.
- Proven ability to work independently within a government or structured environment.
Preferred Skills
- 3 years + experience as a Project Manager or in leading complex task execution.
- Familiarity with public-sector process improvement projects.
- Experience coordinating multi-division initiatives.
Specific Skills:
- Process-mapping and documentation (Visio / Excel / SharePoint).
- Gap analysis & internal control remediation.
- Tool and workflow enhancement using:
- Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, ServiceNow, KAPS, Revenue Premier.
- Business process re-engineering and efficiency improvement.
- Quality assurance testing for process changes or application migrations.
- Strong written communication for SOPs & close-out reports.
