Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst and Agile Product Owner.
- 8 years of experience utilizing the Agile software development methodology.
- 8 years of experience performing complex business analysis and creating technical documentation.
- 8 years of experience reporting project status to management, including risks, issues, and key decisions.
- 8 years of experience identifying project risks and issues and developing/implementing mitigation strategies.
- 8 years of experience in effective written and oral communication, including documenting requirements, deliverables, test scenarios, and project status.
- 8 years of experience gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- 8 years of experience reviewing and approving complex technical user and system requirements prepared by vendors.
- 8 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- 8 years of experience coordinating and developing test plans, test strategies, exit criteria, and test scenarios.
- 8 years of experience executing detailed test cases within complex software environments.
- 8 years of experience using testing management software (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, Azure DevOps).
- 8 years of experience with Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.
- 8 years of experience approving and prioritizing user stories based on stakeholder feedback and business value.
- 8 years of experience with Medicaid systems and processes.
- 8 years of experience in claims processing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 years of knowledge or experience with Texas Medicaid programs.
- 2 years of experience with Project Enrollment and Management Systems (PEMS) or similar Medicaid enrollment projects.
