Senior Full Stack Developer (COBOL / .NET / DevSecOps)

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related discipline with 8+ years of experience (10+ years of experience acceptable without a degree).
- 8–10 years of full-stack system development in complex, mission-critical, three-tier environments.
- Strong experience across COBOL, .NET, Web/Mobile, Oracle, and MS SQL Server platforms.
- Proficiency with Micro Focus Visual COBOL using Visual Studio 2019/2022 on Windows Server 2022 under IIS.
- (Micro Focus Visual COBOL v7, v9, or higher strongly preferred.)
- Expertise in application programming against RDBMS such as Oracle and MS SQL Server.
- Demonstrated DevSecOps skills — including release management, CI/CD, automated testing, and secure coding practices.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Cloud Platform experience (SQL Database)
- PowerShell Scripting and Automation
- Database planning, scaling, and capacity planning
Specific Skills:
- Visual Studio 2019 or higher (Advanced debugging and development).
- Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for version control and release management.
- C# .NET development experience.
- SQL development for both Oracle DB and MS SQL Server.
- IIS configuration and setup for deployment and hosting.
- Micro Focus certifications (highly desirable).
- DevSecOps certifications such as CompTIA Security+, AWS DevSecOps Engineer, or similar.
