Senior SAP HCM / ABAP-HCM Consultant
Need South Carolina Residents Only - Contract - Columbia, SC (Onsite)
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management, or related technical field AND 2 years of experience in system development or 10 years’ experience in computer application system development
- 4+ years’ HCM functional experience using SAP in a professional environment
- Understanding of SAP Portal technology
- Functional knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
- Mail services in SAP through standard API
- General understanding of the accounting process
- Knowledge of enterprise-level applications including ERP
- 1+ year of SAP Workflow experience
Preferred:
- Extensive WRICEF experience (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)
- LSMW/BDC programming
- SAP HCM cluster tables knowledge
- Dynamic Actions enhancements
- Experience supporting HEI interface processing
- Strong documentation and testing experience
- After-hours SAP support availability
Specific Skills:
- SAP HCM (PA/OM/Time/Payroll) functional configuration and workflow enhancements.
- ABAP-HCM development, WRICEF objects, and interface troubleshooting.
- Data migration using LSMW/BDC and HR cluster table updates.
- SAP Portal and Fiori support SuccessFactors (LMS) integration.
- SAP Mail Services API, reporting, and data extraction (Ad Hoc Query, Report Painter).
- Organizational/Enterprise structure configuration and end-to-end issue resolution.
