Project Coordinator / Administrative Support – Transit Technology Projects
Contract - W2 Position - Columbus OH (Hybrid-Onsite)
Required:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s in business administration
- 2 + years’ experience in office or project coordination
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and SharePoint
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting federally funded or public-transit contracts
- Knowledge of grant compliance and documentation processes
Specific Skills:
- Data analysis and SQL querying
- Data visualization and report/dashboard design (Power BI, Tableau)
- System and software testing (manual and automated)
- Documentation of technical processes and workflows
- Vendor evaluation and software assessment
- Data governance and quality assurance
- Agile team collaboration and project support
- Familiarity with Excel, Python, ArcGIS, or similar tools
