Senior Systems Developer – Full-Stack React/Node, Azure Cloud Modernization & Government IT Solutions

Required Skills:
- Experience developing with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and/or Next.js
- Strong expertise with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL for data modeling, queries, and performance tuning
- Hands-on experience deploying and supporting solutions in the Azure Cloud platform
- Experience integrating Okta authentication and authorization within React/Node applications in Azure
- Familiarity with MS Access 2016 and VBA to support legacy systems during modernization
- Proven experience working in Agile environments using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog, sprint, and release management
- Completion of HIPAA and PII compliance training before assignment
Preferred Skills:
- Strong ability in requirements refinement, technical documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Demonstrated success in cross-team collaboration with State IT or similar environments
- Prior project experience in government, healthcare, or child services IT systems
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, PII, FedRAMP)
- Experience working in large-scale modernization or legacy system migration projects
