Senior SharePoint / M365 Intranet Solutions Consultant – Digital Workplace & Power Platform Expert
Columbia, South Carolina (Hybrid)
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems/Technology Management, or related discipline with degree/certificate, or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years SharePoint development experience including proficiency in SharePoint Online and Office 365.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint customization: skilled in customizing sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts to meet business requirements.
- Proven experience in designing and developing intranets using SharePoint 365, including creating custom layouts, features, and functionalities.
- 4+ years Power Platform expertise: proficiency with Office 365 Power Suite (Power Automate, Power BI) and add-ons.
- 4+ years programming expertise in C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PowerShell, and JQuery (or similar frameworks).
- Security & compliance knowledge: familiar with security best practices and compliance standards related to SharePoint Online.
- Strong UI/UX knowledge and skills.
- Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting issues, root cause analysis, and implementing solutions to ensure current and future development functions smoothly.
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft copilot integrations
- M365 adoption strategy and roadmap development
- Gamification Knowledge: Apply gamification principles to intranet design to boost user engagement, adoption, and collaboration.
- Certifications such as Microsoft certified: SharePoint online, Microsoft 365 certified: developer associate, or similar certifications
Specific Skills:
- SharePoint Online & O365 intranet development and customization
- Power Platform: Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps
- Programming: C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PowerShell
- Information architecture, UI/UX, and personalization
