Required Skills:
- 10+ years managing large-scale implementations across large organizations.
- 10+ years in project planning, risk/issue management, contingency planning.
- 10+ years overseeing SDLC deliverables and guiding SDLC processes.
- 10+ years building/maintaining relationships with sponsors & stakeholders.
- 10+ years with status reporting, escalation, project team meetings.
- 10+ years in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
- 10+ years with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 8+ years Agile methodology (feature-driven sprints, progress tracking).
- 8+ years leading multi-million-dollar IT/software projects.
Preferred Skills:
- 1 years of Experience with Agile methodologies in one or more Texas State Agencies.
- 1 years of Prior experience in Healthcare or Public Health.
- 1 years of PMP Certification
Specific Skills:
- Enterprise-scale project management.
- Risk, issue, and contingency planning.
- Agile and SDLC oversight.
- Stakeholder communication & executive reporting.
- Strong leadership in multi-million-dollar IT initiatives.
