Senior .NET & Oracle Developer – Blazor, Crystal Reports & Financial Systems Modernization

Need Overall 10+Years of experience
3 References from the recent projects are must.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- 8 years of experience with Entity Framework.
- 8 years of experience with Oracle (PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Database Management, Performance Tuning).
- 8 years of experience in Data Modeling.
- 8 years of experience applying Design Principles.
- 6 years of experience with Blazor Server and Blazor WSM.
- 6 years of experience with Fluent UI.
- 5 years of experience using Bitbucket for version control.
- 5 years of experience with Nomad and Consul.
- 2 years of experience with .NET 8.0/9.0, C#, and Visual Studio.
Preferred:
- 5 years of experience working with JIRA, TEMPO, Bitbucket, and Confluence
- 5 years of experience applying SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
- 3 years of experience working with Texas State Agencies.
Specific Skills:
- .NET 8.0/9.0, C#, Blazor, and Visual Studio
- Oracle PL/SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning
- Crystal Reports development and integration
- CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, Bitbucket
- Data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks
- Agile/SCRUM methodology expertise
