Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Natural programming and ADABAS databases. E32
- Experience working in the NaturalONE/Eclipse environment.
- Solid knowledge of payroll, accounting, or financial systems (Retirement Claims knowledge is a plus).
- Experience with production support and troubleshooting application issues.
- Comfortable providing training, mentoring, and support to junior or permanent staff.
- Ability to collaborate remotely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with JCL, batch and online processing.
- Experience writing or maintaining technical documentation.
- Understanding software version control and development best practices.
- Exposure to integration of legacy systems with modern platforms.
Specific skills:
- Natural programming
- ADABAS database
- NaturalONE/Eclipse IDE
- Payroll/Accounting/Financial system knowledge
- Production support & debugging
- Mentoring junior staff
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities
