- No specific certifications are required.
- However, certifications like ISTQB, Certified Selenium Tester, or Agile certifications may be beneficial but are not mandatory.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8 yrs Required Strong verbal and written skills in communicating with peers and different levels of users.
- 8 yrs RequiredStrong background in developing test suites in UFT or similar tool.
- 8 yrs Required Skilled with Database query languages (SQL, PL/SQL)
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 yrs Preferred Skilled in developing Requirements Traceability Matrices.
- 6 yrs Preferred Skilled in developing and executing Test Scripts
- 6 yrs Preferred Skilled in developing Test Plans and coordinating User Acceptance Testing
- 6 yrs Preferred Experience with general IT SDLC processes.
- 4 yrs Preferred Experience using JIRA for managing project/sprint tasks.
- 4 yrs Preferred Working in a Agile SDLC environment
- 4 yrs Preferred Experience using Jira to track work assignments.
- 1 yrs Preferred Experience working on projects utilizing agile project management methodologies.
Specific skill set required
- Test Automation Expertise – UFT or similar tool.
- Database Querying – SQL, PL/SQL.
- Requirement Analysis – Requirements Traceability Matrices.
- Test Case Development & Execution – Functional and non-functional testing.
- Defect Management & UAT Coordination.
- JIRA for Sprint/Project Management.
- Agile SDLC Process Experience.
