Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ Years Eliciting requirements from interviews with customers and creating well-written system requirements documents
- 8+ Years Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- 8+ Years Business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement
- 8+ Years Development of user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices
- 8+ Years Designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices
- 5+ Years Demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills
- 5+ Years Demonstrated strong writing and organization skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ Years Documented work experience with the requirements management software "Modern Requirements"
- 3+ Years Documented work experience with the issue tracking software "Atlassian Jira"
- 2+ Years Documented experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency
Specific skill set required
- Strong business analysis techniques and documentation.
- Requirement elicitation and stakeholder interviews.
- Expertise in SDLC, Agile methodologies, and user story development.
- Business process re-engineering.
- Wireframing and UX best practices.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Modern Requirements and Atlassian Jira (preferred).
